Mi smo udružena grupa tehnoloških stručnjaka i inovatora koji nisu mogli da sede skrštenih ruku i gledaju kako pandemija korona virusa napada naše društvo, gde su neke od najvažnijih i najranjivijih grupa, poput zdravstvenih radnika koji su bili izloženi na milost i nemilost ovoj smrtonosnoj bolesti.

Zbog toga smo se pod imenom Vizionari Srbije organizovali i mobilisali u prvim danima epidemije u Srbiji. Za samo mesec dana napravili preko 45.000 vizira i podelili ih zdravstvenim radnicima i drugim ugroženim licima širom zemlje.



Zaštitni viziri su bili samo prva linija pomoći, još mnogo rešenja je potrebno širom zemlje danas, a koliko će biti potrebno za naredne talase virusa ne može niko da zna.

Zato smo naša znanja i veštine usmerili na kreiranje sledećih važnih rešenja kroz razgovore sa medicinskim radnicima i inženjerima (više informacija dalje ispod):

1) Hermetičke zaštitne maske za lice (Full face maske)

2) Neinvazivni respirator

3) Kapija za dezinfekciju

4) Sterilizator prostora (operacione sale)

5) Softverska rešenja

U prethodne 2 nedelje je preko 100 izvanrednih profesionalaca kreiralo ova rešenja koja su već u rukama naših doktora, dok neke tek treba da proverimo u praksi pre nego što krenemo u masovnu proizvodnju.

Sav dosadašnji rad finansirali smo samostalno jer nismo imali vremena da organizujemo prikupljanje donacija — potrebe ugroženih grupa su bile toliko hitne i velike da je svaki minut bio bitan. Iz svojih džepova smo finansirali sav dosadašnji rad i svaki dinar je bio vredan rezultata.

Ipak, ako sav dalji rad bude nešto što budemo sami morali da finansiramo postoji plafon u koji ćemo pre ili kasnije udariti.

Stoga vas pozivamo da nam se pridružite u ovom ključnom trenutku za naš dalji rad i pomognete nam da realizujemo ove dve stvari:

1) Da izgradimo kapacitete za prikupljanje sredstava za dalji inovatorsko aktivistički rad za pomoć našem društvu u borbi protiv pandemije korona virusa

2) Da gore navedenih 5 tehnoloških rešenja prenesemo iz laboratorije u klinike i validiramo njihovu efektivnost

Znanje o prikupljanju sredstava za rad će nas učiniti 10x efikasnijim nego što smo danas, a sredstvima iz ove kampanje ćemo validirati inoviranih 5 rešenja u lekarskoj praksi, nakon čega ćemo ih umnožavati i poklanjati kao pomoć svim medicnskim ustanovama u zemlji koja to budu želela.

2) Nacrte i tehnička rešenja svih proizvoda koje smo razvili stavićemo na korišćenje slobodno (open source) celom svetu i tako pokazati znanje i humanost ljudi iz Srbije

3) Svaki vaš dinar se računa, nijedan dinar ne ide bilo čiji džep, već samo za pomaganje ugroženima

DETALJNIJE INFORMACIJE O  REŠENJIMA



Hermetičke zaštitne maske za lice - Full Face maske

Ove maske imaju bar 3 različita cilja:

1) Zaštitu medicinskih radnika, ali potencijalno i ostalog ugroženog stanovništva sa visokim rizikom inficiranja virusom. Zaštita se osobi pruža u vidu potpunog izolovanja lica i prečišćavanjem vazduha koji se udiše (adaptacija sa HEPA filterom odobrenim od strane nadlezne institucije)

2) Zaštita pacijenata na respiratoru (adaptacija na postojeće sisteme kliničkih respiratora)

3) Zamena za respiratore kod blažih oblika (adaptacija sa PEEP ventilom na komprimovani vazduh i nekliničke respiratore)

Maske su bazirane na postojećim maskama za ronjenje (“snorkling”). Izrađuju se 3D štampani adapteri koji omogućavaju da se medicinski HEPA filteri za vazduh montiraju na masku koja prekriva celo lice. Adapteri mogu da se menjaju, pa maska može da se priključi i na respirator u slučaju da ponestanu fabričke maske ili je potrebno da više pacijenata koristi isti respirator.

Sve tri svrhe su već testirane u realnim uslovima u nadležnim ustanovama.



Neinvazivni respirator

Cilj ovog uređaja je da olakša disanje pacijenata u nekoliko faza plućne bolesti. U određenim situacijama, kada pacijentima otkažu pluća, stavljaju se na invanzivni respirator. Nakon “skidanja” sa invanzivnog respiratora, čoveku je neophodan oporavak, odnosno navikavanje na disanje bez respirator. Takođe, u blažim oblicima bolesti može se koristiti jednostavniji oblik respiratora gde nije potrebna intubacija, što može povećati šansu da bolest ni ne eskalira do nivoa gde je potreban invazivni respirator. U svim tim situacijama predloženi Neinvazivni respirator može biti od pomoći.

Uređaj je osmišljen tako da sa istim hardverom respirator može raditi u nekoliko različitih modova. Uz to što pacijentu dostavlja kontrolisanu koncentraciju kiseonika, on može pomagati pacijentu tako što će pomagati njegove udahe i obezbeđivati nadpritisak, a može i potpuno odmeniti mehanički rad pluća na pacijentima koji nisu sposobni da dišu samostalno.

Ovaj Neinvazicni respirator se sastavlja od delova koji se lako mogu nabaviti u prodavnicama i ima ih u širokoj ponudi. U kombinaciji sa open source licencom biće dostupan za repliciranje čitavom svetu.

Tim trenutno radi akvitno na pripremi prvog prototipa, i pretpostablja da će u narednih par dana imati respirator koji radi CPAP, bez vlaženja vazduha i bez mešanja gasova, ali spreman za inicijalno testiranje u saradnji sa strukom.

Sledeći koraci u naredne 2 nedelje su CMV mod, sa vlagom i potencijalno mešanjem gasova kao i Assist Control mod



Kapija za dezinfekciju

Zadatak ovog izazova je pronalaženje rešenja za dezinfekciju medicinskog osoblja pri izlazu iz “prljavih zona” bolnice. Posle gotovo 2 nedelje veoma požrtvovanog angažovanja, rada i istraživanja od strane svih uključenih hakera, došli smo do rešenja za dezinfekcionu kapiju koja ima sledeća svojstva

Pomaže najugroženijim zdravstvenim radnicima u crvenoj zoni tako što "drastično" umanjuje rizik od zaraze pri skidanju zaštitne opreme

Projektovan je tako da bude jednostavan, samim tim je cost effective, u delovima je lak za transport i sklapanje (IKEA stil) i što je najbitnije, kada se ne koristi ne zauzima fiksan prostor nego se kroz njega može proći

Koristili smo lako dostupne komponente u projektovanju, kako bi nabavka, sklapanje i servisiranje bili što lakši

U saradnji sa stručnjacima iz reona hemije, pronašli smo i efikasan dezinficijens, Sanosil, koji ne reaguje sa materijalima, zaštitnom opremom, pa čak ni golom kožom a ubija virus u roku od 10 sekundi i ima sve potrebne sertifikate kako bi bio odobren za korišćenje u borbi protiv virusa. Takođe se može koristiti i Etanol

Fokus naše mašine jeste da bude što jednostavnija za primenu, sa što manje inputa od strane osoblja koje je koristi i servisira (dopunjuje dezinficijens). Želimo da svedemo input (umornog i dekoncentrisanog) korisnika na stiskanje jednog tastera, nakon čega će mašina odraditi ciklus dezinfekcije (samim tim očistiti i sam taster) i dati zvučnu i svetlosnu naznaku kada je ciklus gotov

Očekujemo da će prvi prototip biti sklopljen i spreman za testiranje i validaciju rešenja u narednih nekoliko dana. Shodno tome po izvršenom testiranju prvog prototipa od strane nadležnih ustanova, bićemo u mogućnosti da odlučimo o daljim koracima a u smeru proizvodnje ovog rešenja, kako bi zdravstvene ustanove bile u mogucnosti da koriste ovo rešenje.



Sterilizator prostorije (operaciona sala)

Zadatak ovog izazova je smanjenje koncentracije virusa u vazduhu u zatvorenim prostorijama, a posebno u operacionim  salama.

Uređaj koji vredni hakeri projektuju koristiće zdravstvenim ustanovama kako bi drastično smanjio količinu virusa u operacionim salama i to za vreme operacije (doktori kod urgentnih slučajeva ne znaju da li je pacijent zaražen).

Uređaj recirkuliše vazduh, provlačeći ga kroz HEPA filter velike gustine, koji je izložen UVC zračenju sa obe strane, tako da je vazduh na izlazu iz uređaja potpuno očišćen i bez mikroorganizama.

Posle skoro dve nedelje  zajedničkog rada i istraživanja svih angažovanih hakera, očekujemo da će prvi prototip biti sklopljen i spreman za testiranje i validaciju rešenja u narednih nekoliko dana. Shodno tome po izvršenom testiranju prvog prototipa od strane nadležnih ustanova, bićemo u mogućnosti da odlučimo o daljim koracima a u smeru proizvodnje ovog sofisticiranog i zdravstvenim ustanovama potrebnog uređaja.

We are a combined group of technology experts and innovators who did not only sit and watch the corona pandemic invading our society, especially some of the most important and vulnerable groups, such as healthcare professionals, who have been at the mercy of this deadly disease.

That is why, under the name Visionaries of Serbia, we have organized and mobilized in the first days of the pandemic in Serbia. Only in one month we made over 45,000 protective visors and distributed them to healthcare professionals and other vulnerable groups across the country.



Visors were just the first line of help and today many more solutions are needed and no one knows how many more solutions will be needed in the second and third wave of infection we may experience in the near future.

This is the reason we have focused our knowledge and skills on creating the following important solutions through discussions with medical professionals and engineers (more information below):

1. Hermetic face masks (Full face masks)
2. Non-invasive Respirator
3. Disinfection gate
4. Sterilizer (operating rooms)
5. Software solutions

Over the past 2 weeks, over 100 outstanding professionals have created these solutions that are already in the hands of our doctors, while some have yet to be tested in practice before we go into mass production.

We would like to ask you to join us in this process.



So far, we have funded all our work on our own as there was no time to organize donations - the needs of the vulnerable groups were so urgent and big that every minute was important. We have financed all the work from our own pockets so far and every penny was worth the result.

However, if for all the further work we have to fund ourselves, there is a ceiling that we will hit sooner or later.

DETAILED INFORMATION ON SOLUTIONS



Hermetic Face Masks - Full Face Masks

These masks have at least 3 different goals:

1) Protecting medical professionals, but potentially other at-risk populations, with a high risk of being infected with the virus. Protection is provided to the person in the form of complete isolation of the face and purification of the inhaled air (adaptation with HEPA filter approved by the competent institution)

2) Respiratory care (adaptation to existing clinical respiratory systems)

3) Replacement for milder respirators (adaptation with PEEP valve to compressed air and non-clinical respirators)
The masks are based on existing snorkeling masks. 3D printed adapters are being made to allow medical HEPA air filters to be mounted on a full-face mask. Adapters can be changed, so the mask can also be attached to a respirator in case the factory masks run out or more patients need to use the same respirator.

All three purposes have already been tested under realistic conditions in the competent institutions.



Non-invasive respirator

The goal of this device is to facilitate the breathing of patients in several stages of lung disease. In certain situations, when patients have lung failure, they are put on an invasive respirator. After "removal" from an invasive respirator, a person needs recovery, that is, getting used to breathing without a respirator. Also, in milder forms of the disease, a simpler form of respirator may be used where no intubation is required, which may increase the chance that the disease will not even escalate to the level where an invasive respirator is required. In all these situations, the proposed Non-invasive Respirator may be helpful.

The device is designed so that with the same hardware the respirator can work in several different modes. In addition to supplying the patient with a controlled concentration of oxygen, it can assist the patient by assisting with his or her breaths and providing overpressure, and may completely abolish the mechanical work of the lungs on patients who are unable to breathe independently.

This non-invasive respirator is made up of parts that are easily available in stores and are widely available. In combination with an open-source license, it will be available for worldwide replication.

The team is currently working on the preparation of the first prototype and assumes that within the next few days it will have a CPAP-operated respirator without humidification and no gas mixing, but ready for initial testing in collaboration with the professionals.

The steps in the next 2 weeks are CMV mode with moisture and potentially gas mixing as well as Assist Control mode.



Disinfection gate

The task of this challenge is to find a solution for the disinfection of medical personnel when leaving the "dirty zones" of the hospital. After almost 2 weeks of very dedicated engagement, work, and research by all the hackers involved, we have come up with a disinfection gate solution that has the following features.

It helps the most vulnerable health care professionals in the red zone by "drastically" reducing the risk of infection when removing protective equipment.

It is designed to be simple, therefore cost-effective, easy to transport and assemble (IKEA style) in parts and most importantly, when not in use it does not take up fixed space but can be passed through.

We used readily available components in design to make procurement, assembly, and servicing as easy as possible.
In collaboration with chemistry experts, we have also found an effective disinfectant, Sanosil, which does not react with materials, protective equipment, or even bare skin and kills the virus within 10 seconds and has all the necessary certificates to be approved for use in fighting the virus. Ethanol could also be used.

The focus of our machine is to make it as easy as possible to apply, with as little input as possible from the staff who use and service it (to supplement disinfectant). We want to reduce the input (tired and deconcentrated) user to squeeze one button, after which the machine will cycle the disinfection cycle (thus clearing the button itself) and give an audible and light indication when the cycle is complete.

We expect the first prototype to be assembled and ready to test and validate the solution in the next few days. Accordingly, after testing the first prototype by the competent institutions, we will be able to decide on further steps in the direction of the production of this solution, so that healthcare institutions will be able to use this solution.



Room Sterilizer (operating room)

The task of this challenge is to reduce the concentration of the virus in indoor air and especially in operating rooms.
Devices that valuable hackers design will use healthcare facilities to drastically reduce the amount of virus in operating rooms during surgery (emergency doctors don't know if a patient is infected).

The device recirculates the air, passing it through a high-density HEPA filter, which is exposed to UVC radiation on both sides so that the air at the outlet of the device is completely cleaned and free of microorganisms.

After nearly two weeks of working together and researching all the hackers involved, we expect the first prototype to be assembled and ready to test and validate the solution in the next few days. Accordingly, after testing the first prototype by the competent institutions, we will be able to decide on further steps in the direction of the production of this sophisticated and healthcare facilities the necessary device.

U kombinaciji sa open source licencom biće dostupan za repliciranje čitavom svetu. Tim trenutno radi akvitno na pripremi prvog prototipa, i pretpostablja da će u narednih par dana imati respirator koji radi CPAP, bez vlaženja vazduha i bez mešanja gasova, ali spreman za inicijalno testiranje u saradnji sa strukom. Sledeći koraci u naredne 2 nedelje su CMV mod, sa vlagom i potencijalno mešanjem gasova kao i Assist Control mod Kapija za dezinfekciju Zadatak ovog izazova je pronalaženje rešenja za dezinfekciju medicinskog osoblja pri izlazu iz “prljavih zona” bolnice. Posle gotovo 2 nedelje veoma požrtvovanog angažovanja, rada i istraživanja od strane svih uključenih hakera, došli smo do rešenja za dezinfekcionu kapiju koja ima sledeća svojstva Pomaže najugroženijim zdravstvenim radnicima u crvenoj zoni tako što "drastično" umanjuje rizik od zaraze pri skidanju zaštitne opreme Projektovan je tako da bude jednostavan, samim tim je cost effective, u delovima je lak za transport i sklapanje (IKEA stil) i što je najbitnije, kada se ne koristi ne zauzima fiksan prostor nego se kroz njega može proći Koristili smo lako dostupne komponente u projektovanju, kako bi nabavka, sklapanje i servisiranje bili što lakši U saradnji sa stručnjacima iz reona hemije, pronašli smo i efikasan dezinficijens, Sanosil, koji ne reaguje sa materijalima, zaštitnom opremom, pa čak ni golom kožom a ubija virus u roku od 10 sekundi i ima sve potrebne sertifikate kako bi bio odobren za korišćenje u borbi protiv virusa. Takođe se može koristiti i Etanol Fokus naše mašine jeste da bude što jednostavnija za primenu, sa što manje inputa od strane osoblja koje je koristi i servisira (dopunjuje dezinficijens). Želimo da svedemo input (umornog i dekoncentrisanog) korisnika na stiskanje jednog tastera, nakon čega će mašina odraditi ciklus dezinfekcije (samim tim očistiti i sam taster) i dati zvučnu i svetlosnu naznaku kada je ciklus gotov Očekujemo da će prvi prototip biti sklopljen i spreman za testiranje i validaciju rešenja u narednih nekoliko dana. Shodno tome po izvršenom testiranju prvog prototipa od strane nadležnih ustanova, bićemo u mogućnosti da odlučimo o daljim koracima a u smeru proizvodnje ovog rešenja, kako bi zdravstvene ustanove bile u mogucnosti da koriste ovo rešenje. Sterilizator prostorije (operaciona sala) Zadatak ovog izazova je smanjenje koncentracije virusa u vazduhu u zatvorenim prostorijama, a posebno u operacionim  salama. Uređaj koji vredni hakeri projektuju koristiće zdravstvenim ustanovama kako bi drastično smanjio količinu virusa u operacionim salama i to za vreme operacije (doktori kod urgentnih slučajeva ne znaju da li je pacijent zaražen). Uređaj recirkuliše vazduh, provlačeći ga kroz HEPA filter velike gustine, koji je izložen UVC zračenju sa obe strane, tako da je vazduh na izlazu iz uređaja potpuno očišćen i bez mikroorganizama. Posle skoro dve nedelje  zajedničkog rada i istraživanja svih angažovanih hakera, očekujemo da će prvi prototip biti sklopljen i spreman za testiranje i validaciju rešenja u narednih nekoliko dana. Shodno tome po izvršenom testiranju prvog prototipa od strane nadležnih ustanova, bićemo u mogućnosti da odlučimo o daljim koracima a u smeru proizvodnje ovog sofisticiranog i zdravstvenim ustanovama potrebnog uređaja.

We are a combined group of technology experts and innovators who did not only sit and watch the corona pandemic invading our society, especially some of the most important and vulnerable groups, such as healthcare professionals, who have been at the mercy of this deadly disease. That is why, under the name Visionaries of Serbia, we have organized and mobilized in the first days of the pandemic in Serbia. Only in one month we made over 45,000 protective visors and distributed them to healthcare professionals and other vulnerable groups across the country. Visors were just the first line of help and today many more solutions are needed and no one knows how many more solutions will be needed in the second and third wave of infection we may experience in the near future. This is the reason we have focused our knowledge and skills on creating the following important solutions through discussions with medical professionals and engineers (more information below): 1. Hermetic face masks (Full face masks) 2. Non-invasive Respirator 3. Disinfection gate 4. Sterilizer (operating rooms) 5. Software solutions Over the past 2 weeks, over 100 outstanding professionals have created these solutions that are already in the hands of our doctors, while some have yet to be tested in practice before we go into mass production. Information for donation to the association's bank account: *** DETAILED INFORMATION ON SOLUTIONS Hermetic Face Masks - Full Face Masks These masks have at least 3 different goals: 1) Protecting medical professionals, but potentially other at-risk populations, with a high risk of being infected with the virus. Protection is provided to the person in the form of complete isolation of the face and purification of the inhaled air (adaptation with HEPA filter approved by the competent institution) 2) Respiratory care (adaptation to existing clinical respiratory systems) 3) Replacement for milder respirators (adaptation with PEEP valve to compressed air and non-clinical respirators) The masks are based on existing snorkeling masks. 3D printed adapters are being made to allow medical HEPA air filters to be mounted on a full-face mask. Adapters can be changed, so the mask can also be attached to a respirator in case the factory masks run out or more patients need to use the same respirator. All three purposes have already been tested under realistic conditions in the competent institutions. Non-invasive respirator The goal of this device is to facilitate the breathing of patients in several stages of lung disease. In certain situations, when patients have lung failure, they are put on an invasive respirator. After "removal" from an invasive respirator, a person needs recovery, that is, getting used to breathing without a respirator. Also, in milder forms of the disease, a simpler form of respirator may be used where no intubation is required, which may increase the chance that the disease will not even escalate to the level where an invasive respirator is required. In all these situations, the proposed Non-invasive Respirator may be helpful. The device is designed so that with the same hardware the respirator can work in several different modes. In addition to supplying the patient with a controlled concentration of oxygen, it can assist the patient by assisting with his or her breaths and providing overpressure, and may completely abolish the mechanical work of the lungs on patients who are unable to breathe independently. This non-invasive respirator is made up of parts that are easily available in stores and are widely available. In combination with an open-source license, it will be available for worldwide replication. The team is currently working on the preparation of the first prototype and assumes that within the next few days it will have a CPAP-operated respirator without humidification and no gas mixing, but ready for initial testing in collaboration with the professionals. The steps in the next 2 weeks are CMV mode with moisture and potentially gas mixing as well as Assist Control mode. Disinfection gate The task of this challenge is to find a solution for the disinfection of medical personnel when leaving the "dirty zones" of the hospital. After almost 2 weeks of very dedicated engagement, work, and research by all the hackers involved, we have come up with a disinfection gate solution that has the following features. It helps the most vulnerable health care professionals in the red zone by "drastically" reducing the risk of infection when removing protective equipment. It is designed to be simple, therefore cost-effective, easy to transport and assemble (IKEA style) in parts and most importantly, when not in use it does not take up fixed space but can be passed through. We used readily available components in design to make procurement, assembly, and servicing as easy as possible. In collaboration with chemistry experts, we have also found an effective disinfectant, Sanosil, which does not react with materials, protective equipment, or even bare skin and kills the virus within 10 seconds and has all the necessary certificates to be approved for use in fighting the virus. Ethanol could also be used. The focus of our machine is to make it as easy as possible to apply, with as little input as possible from the staff who use and service it (to supplement disinfectant). We want to reduce the input (tired and deconcentrated) user to squeeze one button, after which the machine will cycle the disinfection cycle (thus clearing the button itself) and give an audible and light indication when the cycle is complete. We expect the first prototype to be assembled and ready to test and validate the solution in the next few days. Accordingly, after testing the first prototype by the competent institutions, we will be able to decide on further steps in the direction of the production of this solution, so that healthcare institutions will be able to use this solution. Room Sterilizer (operating room) The task of this challenge is to reduce the concentration of the virus in indoor air and especially in operating rooms. Devices that valuable hackers design will use healthcare facilities to drastically reduce the amount of virus in operating rooms during surgery (emergency doctors don't know if a patient is infected). The device recirculates the air, passing it through a high-density HEPA filter, which is exposed to UVC radiation on both sides so that the air at the outlet of the device is completely cleaned and free of microorganisms. After nearly two weeks of working together and researching all the hackers involved, we expect the first prototype to be assembled and ready to test and validate the solution in the next few days. Accordingly, after testing the first prototype by the competent institutions, we will be able to decide on further steps in the direction of the production of this sophisticated and healthcare facilities the necessary device.
